Renewals are per node, per year. Pre-purchasing locks in your rate and keeps coverage running without interruption.
Can I mix node counts?
Yes. Start with a standard package and add spare or replacement phones to reach your exact node count.
What are configuration hours for?
Our engineers use those hours to set up detection zones, integrate alerting workflows, and configure any custom settings before deployment.
